Italian Hypercar manufacturer Pagani is excited to unveil the world’s first Pagani Residences, an exclusive luxury boutique building featuring interior designs by Pagani Arte. Sales are scheduled to launch this spring in Miami’s North Bay Village, the project is expected to be completed by 2027.

This 28-story luxury building, will consist of 70 all-corner residences, to ensure each residences enjoys unparalleled privacy and exclusivity. Offering two to four-bedroom homes, sizes range from 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet. Additionally, each residence features vast outdoor terraces, spanning from 800 to 1,040 square feet, with a limited number of only four homes per floor.

The exclusive penthouses offer expansive living spaces of up to 6,900 square feet, complemented by up to 4,400 square feet of outdoor leisure areas. The interior design of Pagani Residences draws inspiration from Leonardo da Vinci’s fusion of Art and Science, aiming to merge exquisite design with the latest technological innovations. This approach, emblematic of Pagani Arte’s craftsmanship, ensures each home is a masterpiece of aesthetic elegance and modern functionality.

Each residence will be entirely customized and fully finished with 11-foot ceilings in all residences with waterfront-facing outdoor spaces and 13-foot ceilings in the penthouses that include private pools.

The Pagani Residences are set to offer a luxurious array of amenities. On the ground level, residents will have access to valet parking and a porte-cochère, alongside a pet spa, and storage facilities for bicycles, paddleboards, and kayaks. Additional conveniences include round-the-clock security, private garages available for purchase, and preferred parking options.

Leveraging its unique peninsula setting with panoramic waterfront vistas, the eighth floor will host a private lounge exclusively for residents, complemented by a library and a media room. For those seeking wellness and relaxation, the 27th floor presents a comprehensive wellness suite featuring a top-tier fitness center, advanced cardio equipment, specialized studios for Pilates and yoga, a spa overlooking Biscayne Bay, and facilities such as sauna and steam rooms, private treatment spaces, and a rejuvenating wellness lounge.

The pinnacle of luxury awaits on the 28th floor with a rooftop pool and sky lounge, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. This area is perfected with poolside cabanas, hot and cold plunge pools, and fully equipped summer kitchens with chef’s grills for an unmatched alfresco dining experience by the pool.

Revuelta Architecture International is designing the building. Interior design is by Pagani Arte, and will be inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s principles of Art and Science.
